Easy to mix.
Easy to mix. Bucket comes with Aggregate part a and b bottles and a 12lbd bag of topper sand. However, Bottle B was labeled A. Both bottles labeled part A. No issues. A bottle is dark liquid and B is Grey. Easy to mix with drill and 5 blade paint mixer. I mixed it all knowing I only needed half. Final product is thin enough to flow into the cracks and fill the entire area. Time will tell if it holds up to forklift traffic. For the price I am happy.

good stuff
I used it to fix some major pieces of my driveway that was cracked down the side. The cracks along the side of the driveway left it in multiple chunks of 1x1ft to 1x2ft (with a few smaller pieces in-between). I lifted up the chunks, leveled the bedding, place the chunks back down and filled the sizable gabs/cracks with the FlexSet. And it worked great. I wasn't going to drive on it until the next day, but my father-in-law surprised visited us that same evening, drove right over it, and it held up no problem. Many months later, a small drainage ditch along the driveway, many many heavy rains, and daily use of the drive by two cars and it's still holding up great. One thing I wish I had done differently though. You see in the picture the bag of sand. Your suppose to spread it along the top, once your done putting down the cement. Well, I wish I had used a little less of it or maybe none at all. The part of the fix where I didn't put that much sand down matches my driveway (in terms of texture) way better.

A Permanent Fix
If you want a permanent fix to spalling concrete, this is the stuff to buy. I have used one 3-gallon kit and 2 5-gallon kits, and I know that the concrete pad in front of my garage is now permanently fixed. You know that any type of concrete "fix" is going to be affected by the weather sooner or later, and you'll be right back where you started. Once you've seen this stuff fill in all the gaps, cracks, etc. and harden, you'll know it's there to stay and moisture will be unable to penetrate it. Additionally, I discovered that you can grind it just like concrete, using an angle-grinder masonry grinder or a diamond cup wheel. After "roughing it up" a little with the grinder, I also painted it with concrete 1-part epoxy paint after putting a bonding agent on it, and it appears to take the paint the same as the surrounding concrete, though I can't say for sure that it will stick until after a year or so.

Its expensive for the square footage you get out of it but I can tell you it has out performed all the other products I have tried. I actually did a test area on my drive way one section has Flexset another has a different product. The flexset is still holding strong the other area has already broken apart again. It does set up fast so make sure your entire area is 100% ready. So will not have time to clean another area before it sets.

which is great, and adhered to the existing concrete
Material is very thick and appears to have expanded after spreading. I thought the material could be used for small holes but it is too thick. It set up very hard, which is great, and adhered to the existing concrete, also great. It would be ideal for larger repairs but for the pitting I had it was too thick so it did not meet my needs. The material itself was fine, just not for my application.

Seems to be a great product. Only problem is the working time is less than 10 min (on a hot day). I ended up wasting more than half so ended up being a very expensive mistake. I would buy again.
