Like the kitchen scissors, not so much the herb scissors
Three-star rating based on liking the kitchen scissors, but not much success with the herb scissors.It was discouraging and frustrating using the herb scissors for cutting cilantro, green onion, and soft herb salad greens. The herb scissors kept jamming and mashing the herbs and could only cut one stalk of green onion or three skinny cilantro stalks at a time. Looking closely at the design of the herb scissors, the blades were too thick -- if the blades where thinner, bet it would be a great product.Like the kitchen scissors very much. Ended up chopping the green onions, cilantro, and tender salad greens with those.A little embarrassed that I never figured out you don't need herb scissors, really. Just a good pair of kitchen scissors will cut herbs and lettuce perfectly and quickly.

All Cooks Deserve These!
It took me a while to actually use both of them. They are GREAT! I have a garden that I muddle around it, and not too very long ago I made French Country Chicken Soup. I used the scissors to cut my herbs and it was perfect. I used the other pair to cut some of the peppers that were ripe for harvesting. The herb scissors are my favorite. I used then to cut onions into tiny pieces and it worked perfectly, and less hassle that setting up the food processor. These are such a great buy.

Not Great
The scissors DO NOT WORK for veggies like I thought they would. I tried to chop up some chives and they pretty much just smushed them. Its great for paper shredding, even though that is not why I bought them. I also tried on some fresh parsley and basil, it just smushed it and all got caught, could not really even use it.

Love love love!!! sharp & precise! best scissors i have ever used especially the herb scissors...i don't know how i managed without them!! a must have in any cooks kitchen!!! the kitchen scissors are very sharp which is an absolute must in my kitchen....so glad i found this set and happier that i purchased it. would make a great gift for anyone that loves cooking!

Doesn’t do a great job cutting cilantro or parsley
I bought this in high hopes of cutting cilantro, parsley and such; but although it cuts them, it also smooshes them:(It does a great job cutting green onions though.

A must in every Kitchen

Not for anything too thick
They scissors work well on herbs but don't use on anything much thicker--the blades will bend.

Herb & heavy duty scissors.
Only used a couple of times before kitchen refurb started. Herb scissors very useful for cutting up the herbs I keep on the window ledge. And the heavy duty scissors manage just about every thing else. Good purchase.
