Ah, how wonderful biofeedback is!
Only used these a few times so far. Even though I'm not normally a "visual" person, I have to say that actually seeing your progress really makes a ll the difference. As others have mentioned, telling the two first colors apart is tricky/impossible, but since I'm aiming for darker shades anyway, I'm not all that bothered.

Didn't work
This product didn't work for me. Used many times and was frustrated I wasn't getting results. Ordered a different brand and showed ketones high as to where these showed none same time of testing.

Cheap and work great!
Love how cheap they are and that they work. It's hard to tell trace from no ketosis, but I've found that on most brands. In the beginning of Keto I use them a lot to learn how different foods effect my ketone levels.

Best ketone strips I have used.
The shipping was fast. The value for money is excellent. The strips themselves are extra long which is very nice. The results are quick and accurate against the very expensive blood ketone test strips which I use on occasion to be sure the urinalysis test strips are giving me an accurate account of my ketosis level.
