High or Low water alarm

Works just as described, easy to install and less expensive than ones at supply houses.In other reviews people noted a bad smell from the unit but the one I received didn’t have any odor.

Can't beet the price. The box is a little cheap but what do you expect for the price.Works like it is suppose to.

This is my first review On Amazon but I think it’s worth the second to post.My basement had flooded due to my pump getting clogged up, so I found this alarm on here and thought it looked like just what I was looking for, recently this alarm saved my basement from flooding again due to pump failure, works as advertised and would recommend for anyone looking for a high water level pump alarm, easy to install less then 10 mins for me, plugs right into wall outlet and has a battery backup in case of power outage, loud enough to hear throughout your house and very reasonably priced compared to other hard wired pump alarms out there. Worth the money in my opinion.

I love the concept of this all-in-one kit which can be wired for either high alarm or low alarm, HOWEVER mine didn't work correctly. I tested it prior to installation because I didn't want to put it in my sewage sump and then realize I have to get tainted again removing it if it doesn't work. Well, it didn't quite work right during my test. Even though it came wired for high alarm, it was alarming on both high and low. The low alarm wire wasn't even connected so it shouldn't have acted like this. I'm thinking the float has some kind of design or manufacturing flaw. It never alarmed when I can hear the ball or shuttle inside in the middle position but when it hit the high or low it alarmed on both. I ended up returning it because I don't trust it and that is its main purpose.

Very easy to install. Simple concept with good instructions. Heavy duty, water resistant cords, and can be set up as high or low water alarm - comes set up for high water. Very loud alarm that we could hear upstairs thorough two closed doors.

Alarm installed easily and works great, and at a third of the cost of others that were considered. Being used as a high water level alarm in a pit that is covered so you cannot see where the water level is at. The float switch failed on the sump pump and water flooded our basement before so now we can rest in knowing that we will warned by the alarm if it should happen again.

Bought this product and the alarm activated after about one month after being installed. Checked and Sewer level okay. Reset unit and it still alarmed. So I just left it unpluged and did not use it. After a year or so, I decided to plugging it in and try using it again. When I plugged it in, the alarm went off again for no reason and wouldn't stop unless you cut in off or plugged it. Piece of Junk. Would not buy.
