This is an awesome little kit. Just a couple things I think you should know.This is a DIY kit. The puff ball and hanging tassles you have to put together yourself. Its not hard to do by any means, but if you're looking to have zero work, this needs a small amount.The table cloth is for like, a kids table. There's only one and would not cover a normal sized long table. I ended up layering it over a purple table cloth. The good thing is the colors of this kit match really well with Wal-Mart's dollar table cloths and other party supplies.Other than that, the quality of everything is really nice. It looks gorgeous when everything is all set up. I planned to do streamers with everything, but I actually didn't need to. It would have been a little too much, but we just used this at home in our kitchen. If you have a bigger venue, streamers would probably be fine.I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to do a mermaid party on a budget. Another tip for budget, is the cake and cupcakes toppers are beautiful for an at home cake. You can take the cupcake toppers off the sticks pretty easily and stick it to the sides of the cake. Throw some matching sprinkles on top and it's so pretty.

I have purchased MANY DIY kits for my 3 kids’ birthday parties. To say I am disappointed with this kit is an understatement. To start, the reviews say that it will take a “little” time. If by 3 hours or more is a little time, then you are correct. I do everything myself and am part of a group for DIY birthday parties, so this isn’t my first rodeo. The birthday banner is missing the letter “t”, so I took the advice of previous reviewers and subbed the mermaid in its place. The foil backdrop ripped while being put up and when taking it down about 8 hours later, it left a nasty, sticky residue on my curtain rod that will take some goo-be gone and about an hours worth of scrubbing to remove. Even a small standard rectangular table wouldn’t have been small enough for the tiny plastic table cloth included. I had 2 of the balloons with holes in them that couldn’t be inflated and the patch kit was worthless. I had enough ribbon for 3 balloons out of the pack. The pompous take about 3-5 minutes each to fluff and assemble and there are 12, so figure on 45-60 mins just for that. You have the twist tie all the garland foil pieces too to create a garland and they ripped and fell apart with the cheap string and foil twist ties. Over half the cupcakes toppers had to be reglued and we’re not attached. I plan to request a refund because out of years of kits for 3 children, I’ve never had such junk.

Shipping was behind almost didnt get it in time.Everything was there. The banner was preassembled wrong (misspelled) and i didnt realize it until after the party.But its well worth the money!!!! And the foil curtain stayed on the wall without adding tape to them!!

This party set is exactly what is advertised. It's cute, and definitely helps to set the mood for a mermaid party!***Everyone who keeps complaining about missing letters just needed to move the mermaid that's at the beginning of Happy Birthday and use it as the "t" and then rearrange the rest of the letters to spell out Birthday. All the letters are there you just need to rearrange them into the proper order.*** I was able to figure that out just from seeing the pictures on previous reviews.

Perfect party pack. The only problem was 1 the foil balloons had a hole in it. Definitely would recommend, you really don't have to buy much else.

Everything so pretty, the colors are amazing, very easy to assemble everything, the only thing I disappoint is the tablecloth is to small and it doesn't match with the rest of package.

The product was beautiful however, the "Happy Birthday" banner read "Happy Birdhay". It's the day before the party and I don't have time to order another one nor can I find anything close enough to the decor to make it work. Please double check the spelling before sending it out. This is a bit of a mess
