Unfortunately the first time we put batteries in, the unit immediately got warm and nearly started on fire! My brother-in-law had recommended these lights and had good luck with his, but ours might of been a bad batch. When I looked into returning them, I was past the timeframe allowed to return them (which was about 1 month timeframe). At this point I did not contact the company. All and all, I would consider buying them again since I know from my brother-in-law that his worked well, but I would make sure they don't heat up with a battery ASAP when they come in the mail.

Decent enough
Update 1/2018- The switch on one of the boards has quit working, you can wiggle it and it will light, however when a bag hits the board it shuts off again....The units were easy to install. The shipping was quick and packaged well. They are a little pricey for what they are and the wiring looks a little on the chintzy side, but they do work and I haven't had a problem

Not as bright as I had hoped. Only used a couple times. No issues. Heeded the advice of other reviews and didn't mount the power pack directly to the boards.

Not 6" round like they should be.
I have not yet had a chance to use these lights ... but a major and noticeable flaw was the opening size. I used a 6" hole saw when building my boards. Now for those of you who do not know a 6" hole saw makes a perfectly round 6" hole just like these lights are supposed to be. Funniest thing is the saw blade doesn't fit through these 6" lights.

I buy them again.
These lights are bright, so bright I ended up putting a white vinyl tape around the inside circle to help with the glare. The glare bothered me but not everyone. Over all those they stayed bright for the whole night (5 hours). I purchased the 9 volt batteries right here on amazon. I was able to get the lights at a reduce rate, that is why I purchased these.

LED CornHole Board Lights
These are fantastic LED lights. They come in a variety of colors, and very easy to install. I've put them in quite a few different cornhole boards. I just finished these Jayhawks boards a few weeks ago. Here they are with these blue lights in them.

It's still pretty hard to play without some sort of extra lightening ...
Everyone loves these when I kick them on. It's still pretty hard to play without some sort of extra lightening on the side (mosquito lamps or something). Look cool, fit perfect for regulation size holes.
