Fantastic for small kitchens where you don't have enough room for a trash bin. It can apply inside or outside the cabinet. The size is perfect for my kitchen. Also the capacity for trash is perfect for a one bedroom apartment with one resident. So easy to open the lid. Changed my apartment life. Looks cute!

Our super controlling city requires that we put fruit and veggie waste in our green bin. This little bin is FANTASTIC! There are 2 irreplaceable features that I love about this little guy. First, it has a bracket that goes over a cupboard door or drawer side that allows you to suspend it onto the bracket. I duct-taped mine to the side of the fridge which was convenient in my older kitchen. Second, the lid can be propped open and will hinge to an open or closed position easily without disassembling it. It's easy to clean and is far superior to the "free" one the city handed out a month after instituting their green-bin policy. It doesn't leak, it keeps the smells at bay and is overall exceptionally convenient. You won't regret purchasing this convenient little invention.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality. I like the dual opening feature and it fits perfectly under the counter. Came with some bags too which was nice.

Love this compost collector. Can place it almost anywhere in the kitchen or even usable at the vanity for easy open, close. Encourages the family to compost more often. Holds compost well and easy to empty with a quick sink rinse and new bag. Has a capacity for several days to a week.

Easy to assemble. Good looking fit. Obviously small composting capacity, but good disposal. Kids are forced to take out the trash more frequently. Good quality for its price. I bought two right after I approved the kitchen one, so yeah, recommended.

I Like EVERYTHING about this item. Size for a single person who cooks is perfect. Easy ONE HAND OPERATION!!! Pull lid tab , which will drop lid down where it hangs , out of the way. You never touch anything except the tab!!The bags fit tightly over bin with a retaining ring holding them tight!Lid lifts up by tab and drops tightly into place.A food scrapper is stored out of sight in lid.. I never use it ,but good option for others to scrape food from plates etc.One quibble:it fits over base cabinet door but my doors are very cheap and thin so item hangs a bit loose . Could use a filler piece to tighten it up.I am a fierce critique and crap items get called out.It is pleasure to see such a well thought out and well executed design!While I was putting it together and installing it,I never once said my usual mantra? Why didn’t they do ….. or. why did they do this?I should video this product. I revel in finding useful, affordable well made products. CHECK IT OUT!

I have to separate food from trash now. This little bin is perfect. I was able to hang it from my kitchen trash can. The lid opens smoothly two different ways. No odor. Just remove the little trash bag inside and toss in the recycle bin.

Lid flops back down while you're trying to put stuff in. Looks good and easy to mount, though, so maybe great if you don't mind the lid thing.
