Great trailer hardware
These brackets do a great job in installing a removable tailgate or front panel for a trailer. The brackets are very substantial and are fairly easy to install.

Sturdy
I liked these because they have a larger side piece that works well with 2x whatever’s

A bit tight to fit
As these are corner latch connections I expected that all I had to do was to attach them correctly and they would work.I found that they fit a bit tight and should have a slight bent outward to fit correctly.I just heated each one up and bent them to a better angle so they fit much better.

Makes corners sturdier.
Was able to paint the brackets and they work to add a brace to corners to make them stronger.

Makes a nice gate on the side of the trailer.
Nice brackets, the fit is tight so no rattling on the trailer. Will buy some more and fix the other side up when I have some extra money.

Put the brackets on BEFORE you put the attach the vertical stakes
Two things:1)Buy THIS set, not the cheaper set. Although this set doesn't come with the bolts, it does have 4 brackets that go one way and 4 that go the other, so when you're done, you'll have 2 sets of identical corners and you can slide the walls apart when you don't want to use them. But the cheaper set has 8 identical pieces, so all 4 corners will be identical and they'll lock together like MC Escher's staircase; you won't be able to take the walls off.2) I made the mistake of attaching my walls to the vertical stakes first. As a result, my two opposing sides were off about 1/8 of an inch and that messed up the overall mounting of my brackets. I had to do some tedious shaving on two of my walls. I should have squared everything up with these brackets first, and THEN attached the walls to the vertical stakes.
