Weapon Shield Grease 2 oz. Tub

Did use Gun Butter once but even it failed in test against Weapon Shield. I have now used it for years and there is nothing close to the Weapon Shield line. It is no wonder the big companies had to run the inventor out of business. Well joke is on them I have acquired a large supply of Weapon Shield products, more than I will ever use. So I will never buy any of the other lower quality big name junk ever again...

I was looking for a high quality grease to be applied to my firearms and after testing several greases, all of them of high quality, I settled for Weapon Shield Grease. The most important factor for me is reliability all the time and every time the firearm is fired. I highly recommend this product. Yes, there are other very good gun greases sold here at Amazon, but based on my knowledge, training and experience this is one of the best gun greases you can use with total confidence. It is money well expended.Now to the specifics: Odor wise it has minimal odor, kinda like cinnamon. Its consistency is very good, meaning stays in place where you apply it, doesn't run all over the place. A little amount goes far. You don't need a big quantity to have cover the points that need to be greased. All in all it is an excellent product.UPDATE: After several years of use, I still consider Weapon Shield Grease to be the best grease to lubricate my firearms. I use all the products from Weapon Shield, the solvent and the CLP. Extremely high quality products. You can watch the quality tests videos in Youtube.

I know there is big discussion between types of grease. I have read through many forums about how everything is snake oil and standard wheel bearing grease is the same. I can tell you this is not the case with this grease though. It seems to bind together better, actually stays put where you put it. TW25 is not as nice, it becomes watery and makes a mess after it sits for a while.Works great on the areas that need grease, slides of SIG pistols, BCG rails and lugs, and a few other areas I want to keep lubed. Does not seem to attract dust as bad as other greases too. Their oil also works well. Another side note is the smell. Unlike others that can smell like old transmission fluid or a garage, this has a weird scent kind of like Cinnamon. This is probably all I will use from now on.The syringe is also great, easy to put grease where you want it and none where you dont.

I just started using this because I felt it would be good for the slides and any other metal to metal contact points. It so far has not disappointed and seems to hold up well over a day of shooting. It removes easily when you clean the firearm. I do keep my firearms clean so I am unsure how it holds up over long term shooting for people who don’t regularly clean them. In any case, so far so good for me and I would recommend this product for anyone who is interested in some superior lubrication.

Great for an AR's bolt carrier group where you want to keep things slick and try and prevent as much carbon deposits from sticking. I've bought and tried a variety of lubes and greases from Hoppes, Hoppes Elite T3, Mpro7, ballistol, Breakfree CLP, Mil-Comm TW-25B, RemOil, and a few others. So far I'm most pleased with the WS line with the Hoppes Elite and Mpro7 a close 2nd. I also run a small amount of the grease on the trigger disconnect of my Glock along with a small dab on the frame rails and it makes cleanup a breeze after a day at the range not to mention functions flawlessly.

Weaponshield is a great product. You try it and you never go back to anything else. Grease is the perfect viscosity and makes anything slick as can be.I run this stuff on my duty sidearm in hot summers and cold winters. Doesn't dry out like other oils.I also run it on bolt guns, pump action shotguns, lever guns, ARs and AKs. Never had a hiccup.You won't find a better lube out there. If you are on the fence about this product, just get it. You won't regret it.

I like the viscosity of this grease but I am a little leary of putting this on my weapons.Give it a try and see how you like it.

Found it to make to much of a mess useing it, have to find better way to apply it.
