Awesome chair and easy to assemble!

This chair was purchased as a gift for my girlfriend. She really liked the aesthetic of the chair, and to be fair, it does look and feel nice. However, the issue we've run into is that the wheels do not easily allow her to roll around and adjust as she needs to. It's actually difficult to just pull the chair our from under a desk and sit. I've looked at the assembly of the chair on two different occasions and cannot ascertain any blockage, I'm really at a loss as to why the wheels do not move as intended but other than that the chair itself has held up well, primarily because, she rarely uses it.
