This turbo yeast saves money over using DADY
My wash was bubbling like gangbusters in 6 hours. I let it go for almost two weeks to see what it would do. The results were very good. I hesitated using this turbo yeast because of the cost, but I shouldn't have. The ABV of the wash was 17.2%. The most I've gotten from DADY is 12%. This means that I am saving money with this turbo yeast by using less sugar to get the same results.

Works as advertised
This is my 5th year making wine from wild muscadine grapes I find. This is the first year I used real yeast and this brought my wine to 20% in 5 days. I’m on day 6 now and the wine has already cleared and removed the silt.
