Deceptive appearance, far better than anticipated.
The mouse, originally made by Etekcity, is absolutely amazing. I've had nothing but the best use out of this mouse. I play many games, and the adaptability to switch DPI levels between tasks or games is awesome. Not to mention it fit perfectly in my hand. Don't look at the brand, or the mouse in the pictures, this thing is actually amazing despite being from what looks like the sketchy drug dealer of tech products. 20/10 on this awesome piece of hardware. Funnily enough, it came with a floppy disk on how to use it LMFAO.

Large mouse, rebrand of the Etekcity 6E
This is a rebranded (discontinued) Etekcity 6E with different logos.The mouse moves and works great. Clicking is not silent, but definitely not loud. The cord is braided and thankfully does not get snagged on un-sanded wooded corners. There is software, though you only need it to change the LED color scheme on the mouse as well as fine-tuning the DPI settings or what the DPI button does.I thoroughly enjoy the soft sandpaper on the thumb placement of the mouse. It's one of my favorite features which assisted me in looking for a new Etekcity mouse.The one warning I'll give is that the mouse is made for users with large hands/palms. If you have small hands, you will have a problem utilizing this mouse. That said, I took my time finding a fairly large mouse and I found a mouse I truly enjoy.

Tampered Packaging
The tape that sealed the Purex Technology box looked like someone obviously opened it, definitely showing signs of it being repackaged. The mouse itself looks new, no markings or anything and such. The only sketchy thing about this product is the rebrand and like stated the tampered box itself, but otherwise if you had the same product from ETEKCITY and found this it works the exact same way. In fact, if you replug this one in it even has your same mouse settings(I didn't need to use the installation disk)

Decent mouse
The main complaint I have with the mouse is that while scrolling, the wheel is too easy to push instead of scroll with, opening a new tab on a web page.
