I wanted a small emergency kit for my husband to keep at work, in case there's an earthquake or other disaster while he's at the office. This kit contained more than I expected! It's only meant for one person, so keep that in mind. Still, you get a sturdy (albeit cheap), bright red zippered pouch to keep everything in, and it even has an empty zip-pocket on the outside, where you can stash a small amount of additional supplies, such as personal medications, a spare pair of eyeglasses, or whatever you need that isn't included in the kit.The kit comes with the following supplies:* Emergency Rations (food bars)* Water Pouches (6)* Dust Mask* LED Wind-Up Flashlight (small)* Glow Stick* Pack of Facial Tissues* Heat Pack/Warmer* Emergency Poncho* Survival Blanket* Emergency Whistle* First Aid Kit (which contains: Ibuprofen tablets (2), Acetaminophen tablets (2), Antacid tablets (2), Antibiotic ointment (1), Antiseptic wipes (6), Small gauze pads (4), Large gauze pad (1), Knuckle bandage (1), Large bandage (1), Small bandages (20), Latex-free sterile pad (1), Tongue depressor (splint) (1))It isn't a lot, but it's enough to help you escape a building, or survive while you wait for rescue, or to give you better odds of surviving the journey home, if necessary. I was especially impressed with the first aid kit, since most of these types of kits only include a few bandages and/or antiseptic wipes, but this one has over-the-counter pain relievers, LOTS of bandages, plus a finger splint, too! More than I was expecting, for sure.I plan on ordering another of these kits to keep in our car for emergencies, maybe even two, since there's often two of us in the car and the kit is only meant for one person. It would be nice to have in case of a car wreck, or getting stuck in the snow, or something like that. Five stars and recommended for anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies.

This kit does not come with everything advertised. The bag is small and does not contain the clear organizer displayed in the posting. There is also many bandages missing. Overall was not what I was expecting. It also looked open like someone went through it.

Has everything it says and all work...pretty compact for the car.

This is a great individual emergency kit! It is small and portable and very easy to take with you. It has everything you need in it from first aid to water to flashlight. Great value too! Customer service is great and supportive too. Thank you for creating this kit for us! I will definitely recommend to all.

I might better review this item after surviving an earthquake. It appears quite practical, unless we are to be dealing with an apocalyptic quake. I have it readily at hand, although I cannot testify if it is "Perfect" as advertised or not.. What it is is compact and lightweight. And cheap... did I mention cheap? It is most likely better than having a can of Spagheti-Os , a pack of matches, and a single candle on hand when the big one comes. Helps to have a good supply of canned foods preferably with pop-tops , PLENTY of water, and some extra first aide supplies on hand as well.. Better to be moderately prepared than not at all , especially if you live in earthquake country. I experienced the Northridge quake in 1994 and honey, let me tell you, it was like you were in an Irwin Allen film and scary as hell. Disasters happen; better to be prepared and not do the denial dance.

One water pouch was empty and the flashlight was banged up, I suspect both problems occurred before the kit was assembled. Neither issue was worth the bother of returning the kit. Otherwise, it contained the advertised contents. I wouldn't buy it again for the price.

Purchased these for family members as a Christmas stocking stuffer. The price was right, and the package itself is complete for a mini emergency pack. It's just the right size to have in an auto in case you get stuck for a day or so. It really does have pretty much all you need (barring a serious medical emergency). For a reasonable safety net, this is it.

This is a great small starter kit. I recommended it for the car, work, and school. It has some really essential necessities such as water which doesn't expire for the next five years, nutritional bars, (they have a similar expiration date), and some basic first aid items all conveniently packaged. Out of the many that I researched this seemed like the best one and I will definitely be buying more. Once you get this you can start adding on and building a nice survival kit. Being prepared gives me peace of mind.
