Bought this for my son to wear for his Toy Story 2 themes birthday party and it makes perfect. My son is two and has a pretty petite torso and it fit well. The hat is pretty cheaply and wouldn't stay on his head but I had ordered a different better quality hat so I didn't really care about that.

Hat is made a very poor quality material stamped Styrofoam I think
The packaging of the hat crushed it so they were creases that I could not remove in the material that was made out of. The hat was the cheapest piece of material I’ve ever seen if it lasts five minutes it will be a lot it was not worth the money It needed to be packaged in a larger box so that it was not creased. And damaged
