For the Price...
To start this review off let me just mention that I purchased (2) of these 100 Ft Cables 9 months ago. Out of the (2) cables that I bought, (1) remains. The other stopped working after 7 months of use. Now to get into the main review of this product...As I mentioned above, I bought (2) of these cables. I had my worries at first that it wasn't going to work; however, it did work. In fact it worked just perfectly. I had to run a 70 Foot Cable across my house, so I decided to buy this one as I would have a bit of extra wire to work with. The cable its self is made of very cheap material, but it works. I have had (1) of them work for a good 9 months now and it looks like it can still go on a bit more. If you want to avoid re-wiring the cable though, I would go ahead and buy something just a bit more durable than this one. If you want something that isn't expensive and that works though, by all means this is a great cable. I have Time Warner Cable and I currently have an average of 20 Mbps speed connection. The internet works great with this cable and one of them lasted me until now, but the other one stopped working all of a sudden. I guess its ok, I mean it's not as if I expected it to last a long time.Overall: If you want something at the moment that is inexpensive and that actually works then buy this cable. I can truthfully say that you won't be disappointed with it for a while. If you want something more durable that will last a good time and has a little extra to spend, then go for a more durable cable. I would rate this cable 4 out of 5 stars. Minus one for the cheap material, but + 3 for working and another + 1 for the price...I hope this review helped you out!

Crap Central
Pros:-RJ45 male connectors-100 feet longCons:-Not gigabit-Terrible build quality-Pairs are not twisted nor colored the right waySummaryMy use case for this cable was originally to run it along the ceiling of my house to get it to where i needed it to go. I ended up scrapping that idea and running it through the attic. It was a straight shot through the attic as I already had a cable up there that i could attach it to. It worked fine for a while (as in I had internet), until I had ran a speed test and noticed that I wasn't even getting 100mbps. I was getting about 60-80, the range is that wide because yes, it was that unstable. After ending up using some of a friends Cat6 cable that was designed for in wall runs, I was getting full gigabit speeds. The part I find the craziest is that in a matter of only a few months of the cable being up there untouched, it had parts that were torn. The insulation of the cable was completely ripped off the end by about 3 inches. Fact of the matter is that this cable sucks in build quality, doesn't reach modern home network speeds, and isn't standard in the colored wires on the inside of the cable. Now, this cable IS GREAT for people that have really slow internet speeds from their ISP, need a 100 foot long cable, and don't care able the cable being ripped to the point of needing electrical tape around it.

Great value Cat5 cable
The only issue anyone might have is with the jacket. The jacket is a soft vinyl that wont hold up under abuse or outdoors but as long as its used indoors its a great and good value cable. I used it to pull around the home to temporarily connect various security cameras in order for them to operate wirelessly, then moved on to the next camera. The cable was easy to manage, and pull and had little drag. It rolled up easily and did not hold hard memorized twists and some cables do making them hard to manage. However a nick in the jacket soon developed into a complete separation (see Picture). The cable was still functional but just an example of how delicate the jacket it. For a fixed indoor install it will be fine. But for dragging around to configure a network the jacket is just not rugged enough to put up with the abuse.

Positive experience with seller
I originally gave this product a neutral three stars because when I received the product it had no markings on the cable as to what the product was. I was expecting a cat 5e cable but had no idea what category it was as I am used to seeing markings stamped on the cable. However, I bumped my rating by a star because the seller was concerned about my review and emailed me to see why I was neutral. I was so impressed by their willingness to address my concerns to the point of refunding my purchase and assuring me that the cable was cat 5e that it made me rethink my review. While it would be nice to have a stamp on the cable, having a seller be so concerned about a purchase, even the smallest one, makes me want to purchase from them again. This was a positive experience although I would make sure that you know what kind of cable you are buying because there is a big difference between cat 5 and cat5e cable. For my application, it wasn't the biggest deal although I don't like having cat 5 cable lying around because of its obsolesence.

Pro and Con are the same with this one.
In between 4 & 5 stars here for the same reason. PRO: This is very flexible, EASY to string CON: This is very flexible and EASY to string because it's a softer, thinner wrap on the cable than most, not as protective for that reason. Easiest install I've ever had with COAX, but part of it is exposed to full elements and I feel like I have to watch that part carefully for wear, excessive breakdown or stiffening of the wrap. I painted that part with an exterior water base paint to match the house and protect from U.V., but only time will tell.

Good inexpensive cable.
Very flexible. Two drawbacks - return wires not color codeld per standard (no dashed colors), and not twisted pair. Electrically solid and easy to crimp with tool.
