Sunlite Cloud-9 Bicycle Non-Suspension Comfort Saddle, Comfort Select, Tri-color

This is my second Cloud 9 Comfort vented seat. It was so good I had to get another one. I’ve had the first one for 10 months. Im not replacing the old one, but I have a new bike. I ride wheelies every day. I’m 225lbs and the seat has held up well. I move around a lot and the seat is very comfortable. It’s simple to install & even comes with seat guts. This seat would function well with almost any kind of riding style. The seat is relatively light & you could ride for longer periods of time.

I bought this Cloud 9 to replace the saddle that came with my Peloton, harboring a little trepidation, considering the brand is called "Cloud 9" — as the saddles on my e-bike and mountain bike are narrower (but not by much) and definitely firmer. My wife uses the wider Cloud 9 with suspension bike saddle on her e-bike and loves the super-soft ride. I, however, didn't want to be sitting on Whoopee Cushion.This saddle is great!The "COMFORT" sizing is perfect and the cushion is too. My wife and I are both using this saddle on the Peloton. We have vastly different shaped butts yet we both find it wonderfully comfortable in equal measure.POTENTIAL PELOTON USERS: The mounting hardware that comes with this saddle doesn't work great on the Peloton Bike. Fortunately, the Peloton saddle-mounting hardware from the original Peloton seat that came with the bike works great with this Cloud 9 saddle.Enjoy!

I purchased two of these to retrofit two hybrid bikes. The units are soundly built and of excellent quality. They came with a mount for a straight seat post. You may need to remove the attachment to mount on a seat post which connects directly to the seat rails. I am very satisfied with the ride comfort and style.

for what i spent on this seat i was pleasantly surprised on how well it was constructed. it was substantial and the covering was soft. the seat was much thicker than the one that came with the bike and of course much softer. in my opinion it was the perfect balance of size and comfort. i was going to get the spring suspension model of this seat but opted for this model. i have suspension on my seat post already and with the combination of the gel seat this should be perfect. it looks nice on my mountain bike; not too big not too small. it fit my original seat hardware without any problems or adjustments. it's not rocket science but if you do use the hardware that came with the seat; take a look at it and be sure all the parts are in order when you use them again. they fit together (nuts, bolt, adjusters) in a certain way and if you just take them apart without looking at the configuration you MAY put them together wrong. this is a quality looking seat. it feels well made and is very comfortable. it should fit most bikes without looking too large and ridiculous. it is definitely worth the price to upgrade from your normal, hard seat to this one. i will update accordingly if there is any changes to my origin review.

In my experience, this is a very nice, comfort seat for road work. I'm a 65-year-old male. I have a high quality racing bike that I ride every other day for about 20 miles at an 18 Mph pace, with a 30 or 40 mile ride once every couple of weeks - at least whenever the weather allows. I just cannot get used to the hard, skinny type of racing saddle. A 20 mile ride an that kind of hard seat always leaves me limping.I've tried several brands of "comfort" saddles suitable for casual but hard road work, and this is my favorite so far.I weigh about 180 pounds kitted out for riding. I'm 6 feet tall, with 23-1/2 inch thighs. With this seat I can find about three positions that allow me to rest various muscles during a long ride. This seat is a bit larger than the two others that I've tried, and I like that. I have no problem with my thighs rubbing on the seat. The padding is generous. It could be a little softer, but by being not quite as soft now might mean the seat will last longer as padding inevitably breaks down. Anyway, it is soft enough to be as comfortable as any bike seat can be for a 20-mile hard ride.

I have been riding a mountain bike since I was in my early 30's and even dabble in racing for a few years. Now that I am much older, I need a saddle that is a little more compatible with my body. This seat distributes the weight better and lessens the pressure where needed. Easy to install. Should have done it sooner.

I purchased this for my husband's bike, and he's neither ecstatic nor appalled by it. It's certainly better than the seat his bike came with. The material is hard, but not harder than the standard seat. There is some cushion to it. The size was great, fit perfectly onto the bike and my 6'2" husband can fit his little booty onto it without feeling like he's a 10 year-old. However he still feels discomfort after just ten minutes of riding. Granted, we live in NY and the roads are bumpy just about everywhere, but we do anticipate bike riding for over ten minutes. He's purchasing a pad to go on top of this seat for extra comfort. Overall, not a complete terrible product but needing to buy another pad to compensate for it isn't what we expected.
