Can you change the days around i.e. start on a Monday instead of a Sunday?

Yes, it only took me a few minutes to do it; I found it annoying too. This box is not as flimsy as you would believe considering the price. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Does this product have any warranty?

Not as far as I know, but for the price I paid I didn't expect to get a warranty. The product is certainly worth the money, and if there had been anything wrong with it I would have returned it.

Do the days espérate from each other?

No - it is one solid box so you can’t take individual days out.
