I’m 21 years old and my chronic pain has recently spread from my neck and shoulders to the other joints in my body. I suspect I have hEDS or HSD. I would wake up with horrible soreness in at least one of my knees. It got to the point where I couldn’t walk around a grocery store for more than 15 minutes without pain. This cane genuinely saved me. It holds my weight (I’m 308 lbs) and helps me walk without pain. The handle is a little stiff, but my partner crocheted a handle for me with soft yarn and it was the perfect solution. It’s so convenient and I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with chronic pain.

It's perfect! Easy to use right out of packaging! I live on a farm and needed an "all terrain" cane. This answered my need in spades! I was also able to attach my hand sanitizer.I added some bling because I like sparkle. The color is beautiful! I couldn't take a plain black. Big Alex offered several color choices!

Very sturdy. Only issue is that you have to position it perfectly in order for it to stand on its own.

My friend and I read the reviews and each got Big Alex for our big adventure to Europe for our 70th birthdays. We were happy to get Alex as it was lightweight and could fold up and fit into our shoulder bags. I took Alex to Europe on vacation because I know how challenging cobblestones and sudden changes in walking surfaces can be and a cane can be a great help. I am 5’4” and 175pounds. I tried to step down from the curb and the handle broke off. I went tumbling. Two quick people were able to break my fall. The handle of the cane cannot be repaired. My traveling partner has the same Alex cane. She loaned me hers. The bottom piece would work it’s way loose after about a half hour of walking. It fell off once and I almost fell into traffic. We have to check it all of the time to tighten it. What a hassle!

My mom has been using a cane for over a year now and it's always falling over or just gets in the way when she hangs it on the edge of the table. I bought her this cane because it has the bigger foot that it can stand on it's own, but also had the single tip if you prefer that. It's also a pretty color for her and it's easy to handle.

My wife is recovering from a stroke. She wanted a cane that was feminine and foldable with a four foot bottom for stability. This cane met her expectations. It also came with a carrying bag and an optional single rubber bottom piece.

So the fit one I received, I had to send back because something was making it seem to be warped. But I’ve had this one for a bit now and it’s absolutely perfect. Also send back was easy, they promptly sent me a replacement. Very happy with my purchase

The color is exactly as pictured and the cane is very easy to assemble and disassemble. Nice light weight for carrying assembled when not in use. I don't always need to use it when I'm walking, but it gives me a feeling of security when I have had to use it. Good quality for the money.

It arrived earlier then expected (3days sooner).The color is very nice and feminine. The pink is soft in color and not right in your face "look at me" hue.I have surgery coming up on my feet and will need something to help me get around, after I have "graduated" from the crutches.It appears to be what it says it will be. And it came in its own carry bag which is great. And it is discreet so I can keep in the car should I need it.I can not speak to some of the other reviews where the base comes off, as I have not used it. Should this be the case for cane I will update this review.

this is my second big alex I liked the feel of my first one but the grip broke on my first one but liked the feel and weight of it especially the feet less slippery when wet the blue color is a nice blue is ok I the first cane had a light in it thinking maybe that weakened the handle will see reported breakage to the company I bought it from but they did not respond will update the handle or grip I wrapped it with tennis racquet grip tape for a softer feel as my hand is on the large size had cane for one month grip/handle broke off from the shaft returning this is the second one to break the same way lucky I was in the house and did not fall company contacted regarding the grip / handle breaking forwarded 2 pic's to them they responded within 2 days a replacement cane will be shipped to me hope to have better luck with replacement so adjusted from one star to 2 starback to one star company did not come thru sent me a code if I bought 2 I would get 99 % off catch was $10.00 shipping on each cane a cane that might break within 2 months not impressed at all as I really liked the feel and the feet on this cane very dissapointed

Quality product. I would have given it a 5 but when my mother went to adjust the height the pin got logged in the the cane and wasn’t easy to reset. I believe it will assist my mother in her aging years.
