it didnt taste that good and it got "hard" about a week after opening :-\it also dosent "melt" good in cooking.if i want cheese powder i just but a few packages of "rice-a-roni country cheddar rice"......then i just take out the cheese packet thats inside and throw away the rice.i then open up all the cheese packets and put them inside a seasoning container.and it DOSENT get hard after opening and its soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.
