DKU - 2-PACK - Chef Pants checkered elastic waist black/white houndstooth

Oh my gracious these were huge! My daughter weighs about 128 and wears size 4-6. These were enormous on her! She has a generous booty and usually needs a small in most pants. These were huge. What was worse....they look and sound like a plastic table cloth. They do not have cotton in them and you can really tell. The swooshy sound when she walked was hysterical. That would be totally distracting in a kitchen. On the positive side....she is 5'5" and the length was perfect. Could not get past the material, size, and noise. I had to return them.

Aside from being very thin & no cotton content ( my oversight )...they were really tight when I tried them on, & the inseam is REALLY long...as a short person, after hemming them, they would give a parachute look & be way too baggy....I am going to return them, have just been busy, daughter having a baby soon etc. I have the original packaging ( thick plastic...plan to tape it up)....If I buy this in the future, I think I will go with a trouser with a stated inseam & some cotton content in fabric....This was a "free return" item, is there any advice you can give me in that regard ??? Thank you for your time...LASTLY... :-) , I think they would be super hot to wear, working in a fast paced kitchen !!!

The fabric was horrendously cheap and stiff and when you walk in the pants, FOR ME AT LEAST they made kind of a weird noise as the polyester rubbed together. So embarrassed I never even wore them to work. I would give this product no stars if I could.

I think if you're buying these to get to a certain price point and not expecting the best out there you won't be disappointed. Very stiff and plasticy feeling for sure. But they hold up to wear and wash well so I guess they're ok.

Bought a size small and they look like they are an xtra large. Pants look like balloons on me.
