Watch Band

This watch seems to be sold under different names. It took close to a month to arrive. Cannot download the associated app, after numerous tries. The charging method requires energetic pulling to remove one of the wrist straps to get to the charging strip. This is bound to wear out. Since I cannot download the app, the watch is useless.

I don’t know who they’re paying to put their stuff up on all these cites that say this watch is good. It’s worth 20$ at best. Their customer support is shady and the quality of their product is awful. Spend your money on something worth while. Do not buy.

I bought a KoreTrak directly from the company. While shipping was reasonably fast, the device was defective. After I ran the battery to half full, I decided to charge it up but the battery indicator would not go beyond half full. The message function which suppose to vibrate the watch if I get a call or a message does not work. The pedometer overcount by at least 10%. Blood oxygen fluctuates from 90% to 99%.I contacted customer support by email to ask for a replacement because of defective battery. The first reply was asking to explain my issue again and perhaps they could fix it remotely. I explained it was a charging issue unless they can charge my device remotely, I want a replacement. No response for two days so I sent another email. This time they offered me a 20% discount for my defective device.Bottomline, this is not an honest company. Don't buy their products. I am still waiting for my replacement.

Haven't had it long so not sure how good it is. Piss poor instruction manual. Nothing about using this product is explained very good in the manual. They don't tell you how to switch from metric, celcius, or 24 to 12 hour time you just have to figure it out yourself. You may not have any problems but I did. Not impossible to figure out but they sure could have explained it. It was not even covered in the instructions. If this is the highest rated smart watch on the market and it is. I would have hated the others. Makes me question the folks who are rating things.

When this item first crossed my iPad it caught my eye. Visually it was something I would wear, I am at an age I really need to be paying attention to these details, but the cost of the company with a fruit on it and others is simply more that I personally find I want to spend ... yet I am curious about what is going on that I may not be aware of.I read every review here starting with the one-star reviews. I almost walked away and I am glad I didn't.I began doing searches and I could not find a single site that had anything bad to say. TIP- If you buy one, go to YouTube and see from opening the box to set up, just how easy this is.Mine came this morning, It was 50% or so charged. The App downloaded from the QR code in seconds. Once there you can easily make any adjustments.Change from Farenheight to Celcius, meters to feet ... it has an alarm/timer. Today I read 3 text messages, I know the time of day, my vitals, the freakin' weather ... I don't know what some want or expect these days, but this was a solid $49.95 investment. Buying it through Amazon you have the confidence of knowing if you are not happy, you will be taken care of. Buying directly from vendor ... you are never certain.

Directions are bad and software download didn't work as easy as it should or would not let me use the watchArguably a piece of junk for how it worked 4 me.

Too hi tech. It will not charge . Even had techie check it. Am returning it.

This Kore Trak watch is Cheap For A Reason. I bought two directly from Koretrak ( Not Amazon) for $99 for the two. One of the watchs set up with a little learning curve. One of the two would not work or setup and I can't get any help. But mainly I cannot get an answer as to how to get the defective watch replaced. There is apparently NO customer service. Don't buy this watch.I now had to charge the second Koretrak as the battery was dead and following the instructions I removed the lower band and attempted to plug the USB connector on the first working watch into the charger and it will not stay plugged into the chargers USB port. It falls out. So upon examination I find there is no copper connectors on the USB port to make connection to the USB charger. So just for grins, I took the band off of the first defective Koretrak and there are two copper strips, that make contact, which the other watch is missing. I tried and my wife tried to plug the non working watch into the charger's USB port and Lo and Behold it will not stay plugged into the charger. We tried several USB chargers. SO THERE IS NO WAY TO CHARGE A KORETRAK WATCH as the USB port will not stay connected.I do not want anything to do with these watches and if Koretrak wants them back, they should send me a return shipping label. I should not have to pay for shipping back two defective products as they are TRASH.

Blood pressure always read about 120/80 it never reads the correct pressure. Heart rate is off by about 5 to 10 beats a minute always. The app itself is just crap.(Thats the android app I do not know the iphone app) I bought it to see how these watches with all the bells and whistles work and they do not work well at all. Waste of money.

Unreliable for blood pressure reading. In doctors office the blood pressure was measured by doctor 160 and at the same time this device showed 120. It was a huge difference, as I mainly purchased that for checking my blood pressure. That was the main reason for returning the product.

I bought the KoreTrak from TN Trendy Products November 14, 2020 for a total of 65.60 CDN dollars. I like it - BUT they are now selling them for $107.00. There are other similar options that are still around 50-60 dollars. Wouldn't buy this one again at that price.

I dislike the product because I can not initiate the watch, it will not charge no matter which way I try, and the day band that was suggested keeps stopping . I haven't had any luck in using this watch. I paid $79.00 for the watch and then I find out that there were deals out there for $49.00. Oh Well you WIN some and you LOSE some. Have a nice day.

Like lite learning how to better use all the features.Still continue to learn.Dislike battery life last less than 7 days.Syce to my huawei pro 20 n read is hard to understand???Over all satisfying.Now not charging just over one month use returning for credit.
