BOUGHT AS HELP TO WARDS ME GETTING SRONGER SWIMMER..AS NOVICE SWIMMERwouldn't rely..on keeping you afloat....ITS NOT AS SOLED AS I WOULD LIKED....{flimsy}...value wise price paid watt do you expect.I haven't returned the item as it does watt I require.. from it..
