I love these brushes, they’re super soft and I love that they’re labeled so I can further my learning. They do shed when you initially take them out, just make sure to wash them before use and you’ll be fine!

I received the brushes in a plastic bag and each brush was in a plastic cover. They are very soft. I always wash my brushes before I use them. I use baby shampoo in cool water. The bristles started coming out as soon as they got wet. I have never had that happen. I have expensive brushes and inexpensive as well and they all clean up great. I contacted the company right away and they responded back within an hour. I was impressed. I received new brushes within 4 days. Unfortunately the second set of brushes I received are a little defective. The bristles are cut crooked on a couple brushes and had long bristles that look like got missed in the cutting faze of the process. They still work I just had to cut those bristles with scissors. I gave a second star because of the customer service. Yes the brushes are soft and do the job, but too have 2 sets of brushes with issues is a little sad. They need to work on their quality control.
