Excellent
Apparently not the most realistic version but it looks right on to me. Built up kits look great. This appears to be old store stock? It arrived early in great condition. Fairly priced. Liked it so much I bought the Leopard A5 the next week.

This is another great kit from Tamiya
This is another great kit from Tamiya. Very little flash, highly detailed, and excellent fit. The build went smoothly from start to finish. I did notice a couple of errors in the instructions, but if you've gotten a couple of builds under your belt you shouldn't have any problems. The wire mesh and the tow ropes were a very nice touch. I made the "mud" for the tracks with acrylic paint, PVA (Elmer's) glue, baking soda and a little bit of water. It didn't turn out picture perfect, but I was pretty happy with the result considering how expensive "mud" products can be. I brush painted the entire kit with cheap craft acrylic paints, nothing fancy or expensive. Clear coated with a matte finish from Lowe's. Just be careful not to lay down too much clear coat at once or else you will get orange peel. I finished it off with light and dark pastels to try to get it more realistic shading. The pictures really don't do it justice, and I did notice some speckling from the pastels in the pictures that you really can't see with the naked eye. This is only the third tank I've ever done, so I'm quite pleased with it. I would recommend this to anyone. You really can't go wrong with Tamiya kits.

Good Kit!
While this may not be the best kit Tamiya has ever produced, when finished it is well worth all the work. In the process of building this, a lot of the parts didn't exactly snap into place or required being held in place to get them right as the glue dried. I had my doubts when it came time to paint it, but afterwards, this tank overall really seems to shine. It feels like a more modern take on the classic German Panzers of the second world war which is why I like it.

Awesome as usual
As with all Tamiya models they are perfect. Awesome detail and everything fits perfect. Little to no flash.

Be careful ordering this brand model tanks.
I have ordered two tanks from this Jap companies and both were marked 1/48 scale. When opened the two boxes both were 1/72, very dissatisfied and will never order from this company again. Called and talked with service rep and was very rude. Kept telling me all this company makes is 1/48 scale which is a damn lie. I have been putting models together for 72 years therefore I know a damn 1/48 from a 1/72.

Good detail overall
This kit is older. Good detail overall. Trips to the parts box help good starter kit for everyone right out of the box. Only has the commander figure, and no extras. Still a very nice kit.

Good quality model
Good quality model, but a little more complex for a starter. hand tool and smoke generator on the turret are hard to stick on. Two rope attachments are easy to break, watch out your strength. I found T-62A is much easier :)
