However, I just bought another bottle and am UPSET that I have weird, very vivid dreams every night I take a tablet. Just to test my theory, I didn't take one for 3 nights ----- no weird dreams! On the 4th night I took one and the dreaming was back! I have repeated my experiment enough now to think that something in my last bottle is causing these unsettling dreams. I can't help but wonder if a new ingredient has been added. In all the years I've used this product, this has never happened before! I wish I had an answer because I hate to loose such a good sleeping "pill," but the dreams are worse than sleeplessness. I hope no one else experiences this odd phenomenon.
