Update: Dec. 3, 2016...So, I have not been taking any vitamins for a long time. I have been down in the dumps for quite a while now (my mother died in March). I'm not sure what's going on, but I have decided that I definitely need to fix myself. Although there are other Vitamin B supplements online with better reviews, there is a reason why I evaluated them all and picked this one originally. I am going to repurchase and get back on this and a mulit-vitamin when it arrives. Look for an update in the near future!I stack this vitamin B complex with Sam-e. I also stack inositol with choline bitartrate and include flaxseed oil caps in my daily mind and mood regimen ;). I have no complaints and do wake up more positively than before. My nails are harder than they were (although this isn't necessarily something that is important to me), so it must be doing its job on "the inside". It is easy to take this just once a day in the A.M. with food. I will purchase this again!

I've only been taking these for about 2 weeks. First day I used them they seemed to give an energy boost. But, I am not sure it wasn't a placebo effect as I haven't felt worse but I haven't felt better than usual. Biggest difference to be honest is my urine turns bright yellow. Manufacturer says it is the pills reacting with my system. The only real issue I have with these capsules are the odor, kind of a sulfurous smell that is present. I get puffs of it coming back up, I am assuming, after the capsule breaks. But have had this with other vitamins so not great but not surprised it happens. All in all seems to be a good products.

Recently, it was discovered that I had such severe anaemia that I have undergone five transfusions of special iron solution so far. While specialists try to understand from where the problem emanates, I learn about blood. Oral iron supplements are useless in my case, but B Complex and sub-lingual B12 are now essential. Besides, it seems that many women over 50 have difficulty absorbing most forms of Vitamin B.The company communicates personally with me. How's that for great service! After a few weeks of taking both, I feel positive changes in my stamina beyond what the transfusions do. I hope this company will offer sub-lingual B12 in the near future.To me, Natural Goal makes a much higher quality than other brands, which are more readily available and less expensive, that I have been taking over the years,

I bought these a few months ago and have been using them religiously. However, I just got a full blood panel done, and it came back my Vitamin B was low. I'm going to switch to a B-12 vitamin, since this one has a very small dosage of B-12. Otherwise, i didn't notice a bad smell or taste, they didn't upset my stomach and they aren't hard to swallow.

Not exactly sure why, but this brand didn't agree with our stomachs. My daughter and I were both taking it. She stopped taking before I did because she didn't like it. I kept burping it up. One day we were in the car and I burped. The daughter that had been taking it too didn't know and said the car smelled like the vitamins she didn't like. Everyone could smell it. I stopped taking it after that.

Seems to help my nails grow but not making them as strong as I would like maybe I need to give it more time. But they do seem to work better than the others I have tried previously.

I wanted to try the product for bit before I commented on it. I would take this product one day, and Super B complex from Nature Made on opposite days. On the days that I took Ultimate B from Amazon, I noticed more energy throughout the day and more focus. I'm hooked. I think it is an excellent product that does what it's suppose to do. I will be buying more. Thank you for making such a fine product...

Honestly I hate taking vitamins, But the results are clear. I feel more energized definitely, and I take the vitamin as directed with food. The only problem is the aftertaste, which isn't much of a problem at all.
