Securcut 25.5 Inch Safety Ruler

This is a really nice ruler. Just the right size (I have one of those purple safety rulers and it's a lot bulkier). I've ordered additional ones as they are nice to have in different art studio & office work areas.

I use this for cutting vinyl, it's perfect and I use it frequently.

I received a sample of Securcut 25.5" Safety ruler from the manufacturers representative at the recent NAMTA Show. The Securcut Ruler is a heavy duty aluminum straight edge rule with a cutting edge and a measuring edge or as a paper tearing edge. The cutting edge has a stainless steel edge to prevent cutting into the straight edge. It has a foam rubber backing that does not mare the surface you are cutting. The secure part of this product is the hand grip that runs the length of the ruler and allows you to get a firm grip when cutting keeping your fingers out of the way. Bravo Securcut for this great product. As an artist I use mine for both cutting illustration boards and for tearing expensive 100% cotton papers. This is one of those products I would be very satisfied with buying.
