2 Pack Hand Ice Pack Gloves

This review is ONLY for the Ice Therapy. We have not needed them for hot therapy, with that said, the cold therapy works great. My wife has what we think is carpol tunnel symptoms, which has been giving her numbness and tingling in her hands. We freeze the gloves in the reusable plastic bag that comes with the product. This is to keep them free from any food that they may come in contact while in the freezer. The gloves stay cold for a good amount of time. I would recommend them or cold therapy.

I use these to help reduce swelling and soreness after particularly intense martial arts training sessions. These work great and get *very* cold! Super comfortable fabric on the inside and they get cold fast!

These are a little on the small side (distance from my middle finger tip to base of wrist is tight at 8in), and gel does not extend to the top most half inch or so, which is where I have my hand placed in the picture. I also found them to be too cold after freezer time, but they felt great after a little while in the fridge!

I have been having pain in my fingers and thumbs for almost a year, and was using "normal ice packs", but as soon as I'd move, I'd have to readjust them. These solved that issue, and I have been using them as I fall asleep each night. Today I had surgery in hopes of lasting relief, and I am really glad I ordered this! Suggestion to mfg., 2 things I would change, but even without, still would give 10 out of 5 🌟 1.) The storage bag is a great addition, but VERY difficult to open if your hands don't work as they should without causing pain 2.) You should include a cotton mitten type article that is washable in case it is too cold for some, or they need to keep surgical site as sterile as possible, because cleaning inside ice not is near impossible. These could be an add on. (I cut up clean old stretched out socks for this purpose.) Best features! *There are two, so when one gets warm, I can swap it for the other. *They can be warmed up too! *Velcro strap at wrist holds mit in place.

Keeps temperature and easily applied

Arrived in timely manner. Kind of dissapointed on the sizing. I do not have large hands at all and it is very tight fitting. Wish I could have had an option to only order for one hand as a choice. No providing the relief I thought I would get. It gets way too cold for both direct fit on skin and even with a winter like think material glove. Just not thrilled with purchase.

My niece loves them. When she competes in hot weather, she cools down faster.

Very good quality material and these ice pack gloves relieved the burning numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. Pain relief!

They are quite big in size which is good as it gives room to your hands to move. They don't stay cold for too long.

My husband used these after hand surgery for duprytrens contracture. His surgery was on his dominant hand but he could manage to put these on independently. He relied heavily on the pain relief these ice pack gave him. These worked really well and have been reused numerous times.

My daughter is a massage therapist and always has painful hands after a days work. These seem to help with the pain and swelling. Good quality and quick delivery.

It works... but smells bad, the clips/wrist thing broke on one in only a few weeks, overall pretty unpleasant experience but... hey... I'm the one who bought almost the cheapest option available for this kind of thing. If you really need to warm your hands, there's probably something around 150-200% the price that's worth going up to.
