Soothing Blue Rollerball Pen

I bought this as a present for a girl I'm dating, mostly as a nod to Lloyd Dobler's, "I gave her my heart, and she gave me a pen."The pen is pretty, and it writes well, but it does not feel like a quality product. It feels like a cheap plastic pen. It's missing that heft that denotes a quality product. This is definitely not worth $70, and doesn't feel like it's a $30-40 product. This feels like a good deal around $12.Additionally, the screw closure is not the best. The lady ended up screwing on the cap and was then unable to unscrew it. Most likely she over tightened and even stressed the threads, or pushed past the threads. Either way, a $70 pen shouldn't be able to do this without really trying to hurt it.
