US Grade A Light Amber Honey. Our honey is pasteurized. We only use pasteurized honey in order to kill any latent yeast cells that might be present and remove any chance of fermentation. Pasteurized honey is perfect when used in brewing beer as an adjunct. You get the honey flavor but not the yeast to fight with the specific beer yeast the brewer has worked to keep sanitized.
