How do I know what my offset is?

First, closed the freezer door. Put the measuring tape up against the frame and measure out to the front of door. That would be your offset. If your door closed evenly against the wall frame, that would be a flush offset.

If your door sits 3/4 off of door opening which hinge should i buy?

This includes only 1 hinge

This hinge is very sturdy and worked for me very well. I have a smaller hinge on the bottom of the door that is not very sturdy and this one will keep the other working better than ever. The hinge will work on either a left or right door opening, just pull off the white dust cover and flip it to the other side. No instructions were included with this so I was baffled for a minute until I accidentally dropped it and the dust cover came off. What luck on my part.
