Hunter has done an outstanding job with this one. Simple, fast setup. When Bluetooth is pairing for the first time, the 6-digit code it's looking for will be shown on the X2's LCD screen. The iOS app and the web UI are well done, clear. You can walk around in your yard, turning sprinklers off and on with a touch on your phone.Buy it! Best $132 or whatever it is you ever spent. Last detail: if you tell it to, it will upload whatever programming you or your landscaper have loaded into your X2 to the Hydrawise web backend, from which you can run it via WiFi. Pretty sweet. I have strong Wi-Fi in my garage, and this will not connect my Hunter sprinkler controller to Wi-Fi no matter which method I try. Plus, the mobile application looks half-baked and is not intuitive at all. This looked promising. But I am returning this right away because it does not do what it claims to– connect to Wi-Fi and allow you remotely monitor and controller your sprinkler system.After reading other countless reviews, it appears that even if it does connect, it doesn't work very well anyway. What a waste of time! Buy a different brand controller if you want Wi-Fi control.

Works great for our irrigation system. Now I can control our irrigation system with my phone. The app is free and there's a learning curve if you are not too techy. But once you set up everything, it does the job well. The app also give you reports of your water usage/savings.

It took me about 4 different tries to connect it. I finally restarted my modem and it recognized the Wand module. Now that it works, it’s great.

I like it but it is hard to get it to connect to my wifi.

Super easy to install and use. I didn't add it when I bought the Hunter Controller and what a mistake. So easy to install, connect, and use. I HIGHLY recommend. Hunter thought this one out.
