Mine is continuously working nice & bright since Jan 2017 but now I needed to change it to 12hr for my aging mother: Press the A button once to enter year setup, then press and hold in the A button until it suddenly changes to 12 or 24hr time. (This took a while of randomly trying things). I love this clock!BTW, for the person that complained the day of the week was wrong: Press A once & release, the hour field states "20" & the minute field is set via the B button. when set, press the C button. The day of the week is non-changeable because it's calculated from the year.

If you are tired of always having to look for the time or the date - this makes life easy... three levels of brightness... perfect for those with vision problems!

I bought this for my elderly mother who sometimes wakes up early and doesn't know if it's morning or evening. I chose this clock specifically because it has AM and PM plus 3 different brightness settings. Unfortunately, the AM/PM is not as bright as the digits and is difficult to see even on the brightest setting. When the brightness is dimmed, the AM/PM fades accordingly and the unlit lines/digits become very prominent, which made the clock confusing and difficult to read. It's a nice clock, but it didn't work for my mother, and I had to send it back.

Unfortunately I can't seem to change the day of the week to match the date and the month. The clock should have an adjust up and down button instead of just one button to change the values. Other than the day of the week being incorrect the clock is very nice looking and bright!

Really like everything about this item. Light is bright and very nice, large numbers and overall great wall clock. Would highly recommend this item

Stopped working after two months, GARBAGE..... DO NOT BUY...........

Hard to read when lights are on. Light reflects off LEDs that are off washing out the blue on LEDs
