Low Carb Fat Free Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake

What a decadent way to pack some fiber into your diet. Sometimes with high fiber and low fat, you have to sacrifice some flavor and texture in order to do the healthier thing, but not with these. They taste like coffee cake. In a way I'm a little disappointed that I like these so much, because they are so expensive, but I will occasionally be indulging in another order.

The day my physician said to me no sugar I figured I’d be eating celery and lettuce! That may have been true years ago, but not any longer. I say unfortunately, due to the fact that there are now millions of people on a low or now sugar diet. It’s unfortunate that there are so many diabetics, but lucky in another sense. Lucky because there is now so much demand for sugar free products, many companies are supplying them. I wish it wasn’t true that so many products taste like old washcloths! I’ve been searching for months to find deserts that are actually good tasting. Well don’t go too far. These cinnamon squares taste great. If you didn’t know, you’d think these are high sugar treats and not 4 gms of total sugar. Many reviews are very positive and say they are expensive. No arguing about that. But treating yourself every once in a while is a must. I saw cinnamon cake and jumped. Wow, if you didn’t know it was very low sugar you’d think it was a sugary decadent treat.These squares are really delicious. Take them out of the freezr and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Perfectly warm cinnamon coffee cake. For those people who have to eat low carbs, this cinnamon cake is great. To sum it up, yes they are a little pricy, but as often as you enjoy them, they are a really good substitute for the full sugar version!

Great flavor. But expensive.

Ive lost count but ive ordered these at least 4 times. Just received another batch of low carb Coffee cakes cinnamon swirl and I've had the Very berry- Divine!! Delicious! Soooo good! 😋 and low carb brownies. I reviewed the low carb brownies as well but had to write how awesome these crumb cakes are as well on the actual item page 😁🫶 I know erythritol is a bit of a controversial sweetener but last I noticed it does state how many grams are in each cake and from my personal research it's in safe range. Typically you don't want to consume half your body weight in grams. Example: if you weigh 150 lbs don't consume more than 75 grams of erythritol daily. I typically use monkfruit with allulose or just monkfruit and sometimes Stevia or Truvia. Definitely try their low carb cakes and brownies! 5 🌟's or 10/10 recommend! I keep them in the freezer and either pop in microwave for 30 seconds or less or toss one in the fridge and it defrost in an hour give or take. Awesomeness! Have a great day! 🫶

IMHO, the Cinnamon Cake isn't as good as the muffins. When thawed at room temperature, the taste is ok but the texture is off. When defrosted in the microwave and eaten warm, the cinnamon topping is extremely sticky and the cake is grainy. It's ok if you crave cinnamon, but I prefer the muffins and I've eaten the blueberry, banana and apple.

I am pleasantly surprised at these! I ordered the brownies and the coffee cake and much prefer the coffee cake. The shipping is slow but when I enquired, the company got back to me quickly and explained why. The cakes came with a cold pack that was mostly melted but the contents were cold, not frozen. I did put the rest in the freezer. Nice fairly healthy treat with my coffee. Just ordered some of the berry cakes too.

No flavor just a sugary tasting blast in a cake no coconut or pineapple aka Pina Colada flavor. Do not recommend. The carrot and chocolate brownie types are awesome thouh

The package arrived in Arizona with the label "Freeze upon arrival." The box was warm, so I worried a bit. I put the cakes (individually wrapped) into the freezer. Later, I opened one of them, and I could smell the cinnamon as I raised it to the first bite. It gets better from there. Great cinnamon flavor, heaped on "angel-food" cake (I'm guessing). I ate about a 1/3 of one of these, and it was plenty. It's not overly sweet and only a modest amount of carbs. It's a fantastically rich treat for someone with a low-carb diet as their preference. I recommend.
