Received with the blue stone out. Used some clear gorrila glue and no the tiara is perfect. It has some weight to it which is nice and the overall crown itself is solid, not light or plasticy looking. Daughter LOVED it!

Pretty, put it arrived with the top part broke off, it seems like of fragile. I tried it on anyway and it felt nice and secure on my head, so I was bummed it was broken. I returned it and got a refund instead of a replacement because I don't want to worry about it breaking.
