Works Great!
I would give this 5 stars but I ordered this size because my cage measured just slightly larger than the smaller size but this is way big. I like that I now have one piece to cover the cage and it does darken the cage for my macaw without being too heavy. This is easy to use and the material allows air through it so it is very breathable for my girl. I will try to machine wash and dry it and see if maybe it will shrink a bit. If that works, I'll update this rating.

Provides good cover for our particular cage model
We purchased this cage cover for our umbrella cockatoo Buddy's 23rd hatchday, as his busy beak has rendered several other cage covers to tatters through the years, and not for lack of bird toys, either.The cover is nice and opaque, and perfectly tailored to the size and shape of Buddy's cage (a shy six feet by four feet three feet). I just wish the material were more durable. He's had it for less than a month, and he's already "installed a window" and added "parrot lace alterations" to it. Peek-a-bird!

This is a great cover!
My cage is huge 30x40. This cover is great. It covers the cage well. It is made of a breathable fabric so as not to create too hot an environment inside the cage. The fabric is washable. Best of all, my bird Billie shuts up immediately when I cover his cage at night, for a blissfully quiet evening even if we are still watching tv. As a shorty (5'3"), I have to toss it over his cage like a cape, then walk around and straighten it. It goes on easily and comes off easily. I have no complaints.

Did the job
Covered our cockatoo's cage perfectly and it kept him quiet for three months until he started chewing on it and learned to pull it off in the early mornings. Not the cover's fault. I guess I will just have to settle to ordering this item every six months. A better price than most bird sites. Cozzycovers is the way to go for your family bird member!

Cover good, sewing not!!!
Good Product overall, EXCEPT!!! Had to take to seamstress as the seems on the top-front and back- were very poorly done. Once spent the money to have sewed up properly was good. Both seams on arches pulled apart within 3 days.

Worth the buy!
The cover is perfect size and the Velcro is very strong! My macaw doesn’t make a peep now after bedtime. I do wish the fabric was a little thicker however, this definitely beats using blankets and old heavy perches to hold them up!
