I’ve been using the Hey Girl D-Mannose Cranberry & Hibiscus pills for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. They’re working!
D Mannose was recommended to me by my doctor after dealing with a UTI. She recommended these as a preventative. I appreciate the added cranberry to these and they seem to be working as intended. I’ve now ordered 3x and they’re on subscription so I hopefully never run out. This is an easy way to support my health and they do not cause any stomach upset or unwanted side effects.

Legit the truth
If your having bladder issues or a uti it helps so much with that ! I believe this is the holy grail cause it act fast you have to be consistent and drink lots of water ! Dont eat or drink like crap when your trying to heal !

The Hey Girl D Mannose capsules are great for keeping UTI's away, in my opinion. If I take them, I never have to worry about my urinary tract health. They are easy to swallow, and the health benefits are important to me.

Usually d mannose always helps me with a issue within 2-3 days, these pills I tried for the first time and did not work at all made my problem even worse. Unfortunately do not recommend
