Mmmm it's sturdy but not sure on the middle ground bar is required? Makes it unsafe even with a mat over it as it's very hard when they hit the floor and the mat is t flat. Contemplating returning for a diff model

Quite easy to assemble on your own. Very sturdy. My daughter was over the moon on her 8th birthday and hopefully it will last many years
