Wrecked Paperback – April 19, 2013

I love this series so much. It is interesting to me that instead of a series where you have all the same characters in different progressions of the plot, these are the same location and a group of people that know each other but all are different stories. Derailed, book one, is about Molly and Ben. Veer, book two, is about Becca (Molly's friend) and Gavin the town cop. Lastly book three, Wrecked is about Jake (Ben's brother) and a girl named Emily. All take place in Clayton Falls and all are romantic and quick reads.I think they are in the genre of New Adult romance and they do include some sexual content, but the non-raunchy kind. The characters are all flawed in their own ways and make the most of their situations.In Wrecked, Jake ends up in the hospital and wakes up to a beautiful nurse who takes care of him. Obviously he falls for her, but he isn't the type to normally settle down, as we learned in the previous books. Emily is trying to pull her life together and has not dated in a very long time and isn't sure she wants too but Jake insists they meet up outside of the hospital.From there, they are both thrown together on a journey of love, understanding, and growth as individuals and together. It was a really beautiful story.My only issue is the happily ever after ending all the time, these books while so wonderful to loose yourself in are very cliché in the romance department, but they are quick and lovely reads for the lover of romance and happily ever afters.

I have loved this series! Alyssa Rose Ivy has done a fantastic job of making me love each and every character, but I will admit that I was waiting for Jake's story the most.From the very first book he intrigued me, he was the bad boy but he was still super sweet and I really wanted to see him get on the right track and find love too.Emily was super awesome and she was seriously the perfect fit for Jake, there circumstances regarding how they met were horrible, but the way they dealt with it was sweet and at times humorous.Alyssa Rose Ivy is a fantastic writer that I will definitely be keeping my eye on going forward. If you are looking for a sweet read that you will be able to totally lose yourself in I highly recommend Wrecked (as well as everything else Alyssa has written!)

This by far was my favorite book and couple in the series. I did like the others but these two just were so much better. It was love at first sight for both of them. They were exactly what each of them needed. It was great how easily they worked together and their relationship didn't seem to have too much drama.

This is another great book in the Clayton Falls series. Author Alyssa Rose Ivy continues to build on the familiar world of Clayton Falls, as well as the characters who I have come to love.I am happy that Jake finally has a romance of his own. Emily is the new character who catches Jake’s attention, but she has a few secrets that could change everything. There are definitely some bumps that might impede any happily ever after.This contemporary, NA romance touches on the consequences of big mistakes, secrets and lies. It is an enjoyable read, and it is well told. I would like to see Ivy write a few more stories about Clayton Falls. 4 3/4 stars

Enjoyable story with real life elements that make the characters believable. Life isn't always simple or easy, and sometimes there is no going back ... the only option is running. But, there are times when the only way forward is going back ... the only option is to stop running from the past. While this book can be read as stand alone it does set up the connections to the other books in this series. Most readers of this genre will enjoy this book, and fans of Alyssa Rose Ivy will love it.

This is the first book that I have read in this series. I read the description of the first two books but I just didn't know if I wanted to read them or not. After I read a sample of this book I got hooked right away. I loved absolutely everything about this book. I hope the next book is about Mel and Cole. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone and everyone. I think I might just have to read the first two books to get the full story. You don't really have to read the other books because everything is explained perfectly, but I am just because I think I will fall in love with them like I did with this book.

Jake and Emily were awesome. I've loved Jake since book one and was so excited to read a book about his love story. He is probably my favorite character out of the series. Having chapters from his point of view was so much fun. And Emily was just so sweet. This book was perfect, except that it had to end. I could've read a million more pages about Jake and Emily, but at least I can re-read this one! I also just love how this author incorporates the characters you already know and love from previous books into her stories. Her writing is phenomenal

i wanna live in clayton falls the men are wonderful ,these stories are wonderful sweet proper love stories an i cant get enough really hope theres more i wanna see molly with her baby a becca back with gavin in clayton an jake an emily married so i hope alyssa writes dome more clayton falls books

It was a lovely book to read, just the heart warming story I needed that almost keeps that hope that fate is out there planning its best route to give u a happy ever after

really enjoyed this book. nice follow on from skinny dipping book before. nice feel good factor with nothing too taxing. just an easy read.

I enjoyed Jake & Emily's story but wished that it hadn't ended so abruptly. A little bit more, please! Thanks!

I loved how this tied up all the story lines from the other books I just wish that there was more to read from Clayton falls
