3 of the 24 "shatter resistant" cups arrived shattered. How do I receive replacements?

Just received my order of a package of 6 - 20 oz cups, packaged only in an envelope, 1 cup is broken. I only need a replacement for 1. Do not want to go through the process of creating a return for the entire package and don't see an option for returning/replacing only 1. Has anyone found a remedy for this. It seems to happen quite often.
