Worked out great for me!
Used this adapter to install disc brakes on my old GT LTS-3 which did not come with the disc brake option. This adapter worked out great and I now have the advantage of disc brakes. I love it and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to go disc brakes on their older GT.

Works very well, doesn't come with any hardware other than the bracket. I tapped my frame M6, 1.0mm , but will use nuts and longer bolts if the threads ever fail.
