HOW THEY WORK- These classic composite frames are outfitted with state of the art yellow tinted lenses that counterbalance the bothersome and harmful blue light that is emitted from the many technological devices we use throughout our day. Because yellow and blue are opposite each other on the color spectrum, these yellow lenses successfully work to protect your eyes from this type of bothersome light. These ultra lightweight and flexible plastic frames with plastic lenses can be worn comfortably for all face shapes and with or without prescription glasses underneath. These impact resistant designer gaming glasses are built for full and complete protection against the eye straining elements and are equipped with wrap-around side shields as well for 360 degree safety.

Night driving (and not the computer kind!)
I bought these glasses for night driving. Driving at night and dealing with headlights glare was getting to the point that I planned my schedule so as to drive as little as possible after dark. I tried everything. I've gone through 3 or 4 different types of glass cleaner for my windshield to try and cut down on the glare and very little, if anything, seemed to help.My roommate suggested yellow-tinted glasses and I thought I'd give it another shot. I say another shot because I tried these types of glasses several years ago and it was a dismal failure. These, on the other hand, are not. I haven't used them in complete darkness yet as I use them primarily when I'm driving to work in the mornings. I usually leave the house before the sun is completely up, so I still have to deal with headlight glare but there is a bit of sun starting to peek through. I've noticed a distinct improvement on how well I can see. I may still get a bright glare if a bus or truck is coming toward me, but I don't feel like I can't see the road (I used to have to concentrate on the other side of the road's edge in order to be able to see where I was on the road). These glasses won't make it miraculously "daylight", but they will definitely help cut down on glare and help you see a better.A few notes about when I started using them:1. It's a little disorienting at first because when you're driving at night so much of how you judge car distance is by headlight and these cut down on the glare enough that it's a bit harder to judge (IMO). I would suggest keeping them off if you're trying to turn on a busy road where you need to be able to judge distances very accurately (I usually just keep my either in my hand or looped around my neck and them slip them quickly on when I'm on the road).2. I have been very careful to keep mine in the pouch provided when I'm not using them. These glasses are not prescription eyeglasses that have scratch resistance (at least, I couldn't find where they did), so I'm being extra careful with them.Once the time changes in a week or 2, I will be driving to work in complete darkness. If I see a noticeably change in how the glasses perform, I will update my review. But for right now, I'm extremely happy with them. I don't feel nearly so nervous if I have to drive after dark after using these glasses.

These have made it possible to use my iPad just before bedtime and now get a good night's sleep without the restlessness I used to experience from the 'blue light' of the tablet screen.

Great if you work in front of computer
It's not the most fashionable thing on the market but it works. I work in front of a computer all day and it feels like the screen is just hurting my eyes and I can't look at it long period of time. It was becoming a bit of a pain, it just felt too bright. So i decided to get one of these and see if they would help, and it did! - noticed it instant because anything that was bright white on the screen toned down a bit. Words on the screen became more legible and i could focus. The downside is that I am a designer and engineer so I work with CAD and colors so I would need to take them off periodically to check

I like 'em.
The total width of my frames is about 5.5 inches. That may be about the maximum unless your frames curve around your head more than mine. There's more leeway further back. Colors on the screen shift toward orange. Generally, whites are yellow and blues are green. Occasionally the color change can be a surprise. For example those gold stars and the example picture of the product on the screen appear pink. Some really bold colors don't change much. Reds or browns for example. I like 'em.

So great that I am shocked!
The product does what it says it will do! I need a pair of blue blocking glasses to go over my prescription glasses to wear at the computer and at night because of the LED lights in my home that emit blue light. IT fits beautifully over my glasses which means it does slide and is so light weight that I don't feel like I am wearing two pairs of glasses!! I expected them not to fit and if they did I expected them to be annoying and uncomfortable . NOT SO!! I may even purchase a couple of pair to leave on my office desk and next to my bed. MOst recommended product that I have used!

Easily scratched!
Don't consider myself to be rough or careless with possessions and don't usually have problems with delicate items or those that need careful handling, but these glasses are a waste of money because they scratch too easily.

Great buy!
I write a lot of java code, and these glasses have really helped me. After spending hours looking at a white screen with mostly black text, using Netbeans, this has saved me from the headaches I was getting. There is only one small thing with these, I have a bigger head, and they tend to sort of hurt after hours of use. Nothing too bad, just some discomfort where the ear pieces are. They do fit over my glasses just fine. They have a ridge on the top that they rest on my frames. Overall, they are a great buy.

Work is always filled with fun and games
They may be targeted for gamers but I use these at work. I stare at a computer monitor all day every day. By the end of the day my eyes were very tired and sometimes aching. Using the yellow glasses filters out the blue light from the computer but also makes things brighter with increased contrast. Reading whatever is on the computer screen is easier. Using a computer all day is no longer as tiring for my eyes. The first time one of our summer interns saw me wearing the glasses he was excited and exclaimed, "You brought your gamer glasses!" I replied, "Right. Work is always filled with fun and games."
