Excellent Product!
Having used the Tomcat bait chunx for years now, I’ve been a fan of how effective their bait products tend to be overall. They hold up for a good amount of time even in tougher weather conditions, and definitely reduce the rodent population and activity around our property, including our home and shed. This has been a life saver for us as the amount of rats and mice in our region seem to have really increased the last couple of years for some reason. I noticed that this new Prowler bait line of products was recently released and thought I’d try running it in a few of my extra bait station boxes that I wasn’t using, just to see how well it worked versus the old stuff. Typically I use the bait chunx on vertical rods in the Outpost and Vertical stations I like to run, so I thought I’d give that a go. WOW. I was surprised to see how much more activity I saw with the new Prowler bait chunx! They appear to be a bit smaller than the old ones and there are more groves/edges on each of the blocks so it must be easier for the littler varmints to gnaw on. It sounds like this is their new “palatable formula” too, which I read means that the ingredients they use are supposedly more appealing to these pests now. Apparently it works! And even though it’s a touch more expensive for a 4 pound pail, there are MORE bait chunx in each pail which means its at least on par or likely even a bit more bang for your buck then using the older stuff. We’ll burn through our older bait chunx just to use them up, but we’ll for sure be switching to Prowler going forward as it certainly does seems like a nice upgrade. I think we’re going to check out the other forms of bait Prowler is offering as well to see what kind of results we get using those too.

Great value that works. No rodents complained just enjoyed the free meal
Used this rodenticide in rotation with other types and flavors of bait chunks to keep any rodents happy and coming back to the bait station buffet. Depending on the extent and size of your infestation I would certainly reccommend this product for eradication and maintenance. The key to rodent control is keep bait fresh and available especially around the outside of your property so the rodents won’t waste time finding or chewing their way inside your home or building once you have the population under control or eradicated

Killed the heck out of our mice!
This product worked quickly and it decimated our sizable mice population in our basement. Be careful with kids and pets though!

I’d buy again
Works pretty well, but it’s an ongoing issue with voles. It’ll get rid of them, but more find the tunnels and I have to start over again. However, I’d buy it again because it’s easy to use.

The Best for Rodents!
This is the best rodent killer we have found. We are on a farm and naturally have mice & rats occassionally. This takes care of the issue in short order!

Seems to work
Rural America here where rats and mice coexist with us. They really like trucks and equipment. This seems to work but I’m worried they will get bait shy.

Doesn't work like quaker oats and plaster of paris.
Not seeing any signs of this product working. I do not see any signs of the Jaguar product working and no signs of the peanut butter bait blocks product working. What does appear to work is quaker oats and plaster of paris. 3 parts quaker oats to 1 part powder plaster of paris. It also appears to have a much quicker kill time than any rodent bait I've tried.
