This is the one to buy ! previously had bought another seat and returned it because it had no cushion whatsoever even though the description mention it to be the best , the ANZOME seat Cushion has Gel and makes the seat comfortable , it fit fine and easy to install , as far as needing all the ties that are attached , you need but only the pull string to secure in my opinion , it stayed on the whole time I was using the stationery bike , the bag that is supplied with is handy too.

The padding is thick and highly effective. It does not slip around on my saddle perhaps because rhe cover and the saddle are the same shape and size. Perhaps on a narrower seat, you might have to attach more strapping. Without the pad. I was putting too much pressure on the forward area of the pelvis. The pain made a long bike ride unpleasant. I have a highly padded seat anyway, which protects the coccyx, and adding this pad improved things more and relieved pain in the anterior part of the pelvis. Phenomenal! I have taking longer and longer rides - no problem. Now I can go on a 20 mi ride. Foam eventually will compress, so I don’t know how long a lifespan it will have. But for all the relief and excellent fit on the saddle, I expect to buy a replacement whenever needed. It comes with a rain cover, which makes me think it can get waterlogged in rain. Since I am a fair weather rider, no big deal. For you wet weather riders, keep that in mind.

Could if been a bit more cushioning

Very comfortable. still holing up after 2000 miles. You don't really need to use the confusing tiedown system. The pull tie alone works fine if you cinch it down good. Unlike some others I tried, this one feels like it actually contains some silicone and not just useless memory foam.

I tried using this on my Schwinn indoor exercise bike. What a mistake. The experience is like sitting on a hard, unforgiving post. It’s so hard, you tend to slide around on top of it. It takes some effort to prevent yourself from sliding forward. A normal bike seat is cushioned and sinks down a bit, securing your posterior into a stable position. Not this thing. It makes any bike ride extremely unpleasant. I quickly decided to throw this thing into the garbage. Bottom line: don’t waste your money.
