World Map for Scratching! Large Black & Gold Deluxe Edition Poster 32.5 inches X 23.4 inches

Two stars because it looks cool. As a travel map, this map stinks. When I first got the map, I was able to scratch off countries I have been. However, after having it 6 months, I can no longer scratch off places I've been. No matter the method, it won't scratch anymore or if it does, it rips the map. Get a different map unless you e already traveled the world and don't plan on crossing any other countries off of your list.

I absolutely love this map! There are many useful hints and different information on the map that makes it a great piece for my living room. I am now getting comments every time someone comes over, and now people now exactly where I have been to in the world. I love this map very much, and will be soon to order for another one once holidays are upon us!I would highly recommend this for any teacher that Is covering geology, world history, or social studies as the class can learn different parts of the world and scratch off the map as they go.

The map was nice, exactly what i was looking for.I am taking away two stars for the following reasonThe one thing thou i was not happy about is the color shade for the US region, i guess it was suppose to be orange but the color looks exactly the same as the the color whent the map is not scratched, thus making it difficult to differentiate. i am not sure if only my order had that issue or its how it is, but they should change that.

I bought this map as a wedding gift for a friend who travels all around the world and is marrying a man who does the same thing! They loved it and had their first post-honeymoon argument over who could scratch out which countries. Great gift!

I love these scratch maps. I purchased one for myself a while ago. I get so much great feedback, so I bought it as a gift for friends who travel frequently. It looks very nice in a black frame hanging on the wall or you can just have fun with it and store it in the tube in which they originally package it in.

My dad is the type of dad to buy everything he wants when he wants it, so he's really hard to shop for. My friend gifted me one of these (a little cheaper - both in price and quality) than this one, but I really cherish it and knew it would be perfect for my dad, whose traveled quite a bit. I decided to "splurge" and am sooo glad I did. I was shocked when my dad opened it because he opened it right away (something he never really does). He leveled it on the wall and scratched right away. He didn't read the directions at first, but luckily, no damage was done. He said it was very thoughtful and was glad I didn't try to go big for the sake of going big. I'm definitely getting more of these for the travelers/wannabe travelers in my life! Thanks so much, Earth Citizen! You are so worth every penny! Customer service was very nice too, along with the rapid delivery (about 1-2 days and I didn't even expedite it). :)
