My old tea cosy was knitted by the mother of a friend and I was happy with it but it got tired so I decided to buy a new one. I knew straight away that it was more effective but... A few days ago I made a pot of tea to have a drink before going out. The taxi arrived early so I gulped down the first cup and left the rest where it lay. It was a bit later that I got home and went to clear away the cold teapot... but it wasn't cold. Of course the tea was not as hot as when first made but after more than an hour and forty minutes the tea in the covered pot was still hot enough to be enjoyed. Wow!
