Excellent option for something warm and soothing for breakfast. Comfort food at its finest but for those of us who cannot eat gluten! Very wonderful and quick to make! My kids don’t love this, but I do! I add butter and cinnamon, I don’t need a sweetener, but my kids tolerate it with maple syrup. For me it’s a nostalgic nod to childhood mornings with Cream of Wheat- only I can eat this!

A really good product especially for me having had surgery now wearing ostomy pouch it’s a very healthy way to begin my day provides energy and has become my favorite great alternative to the wheat cereals highly recommended easy to make boil water add product and after minutes you have a hot flavorful cereal which will also provide energy recommended
