Solid device
This unit replaced my original Biffy. This unit is solid and has absolutely no leaks and the connections are solid. I own a different model of Blue Bidet, and it has leaked at the spout since day one, but it wasn't enough to return or try to fix. I will get one of these if and when the other one starts leaking too much. The nice thing about this one is, the dial "clicks" so you can tell when you are at the off position. Water power is sufficient (turn on slow). Dual nozzles are great for the whole family. If you've never used a bidet, try it. Once you do, it's really hard to go anywhere that doesn't have one!

Great Product
Installed easily and works exactly as expected. It has been in use for about a month. It, of course, uses the normal in-house water supply. Before purchase, I had some concerns about whether the water would feel too cold, but this has not been a problem (I'm in southern California). Regulating the force of the water took a little time to get right, but it is not difficult to do once you get used to it. After using the bidet, I would not want to be without it, and I certainly would recommend it to a friend. In fact, I intend to buy another one for a friend soon. However, in spite of all the responses to the contrary that I have read, I have not noted a significant drop in toilet paper usage

I would recommend this to any one who is looking. I was worried about cleaning and the water possibly dripping. There is no iusse and the shut off is very positive

the internal structure of control valves are made of cheap plastic that start cracking with daily use which will lead to a bad water leak in 2-3 months of use

Awesome and clean.
Awesome, but the main big knob is getting hard to turn. I have 2 of these.
