Stellar produces delicious BBQ sauces, hot sauces and spice blends. We will roll out more fine food products as time goes on. All of our products are hand crafted in small batches in Austin, Tx. Stellar's founder (Chris) was raised canning and preserving seasonal harvests from his family's Central Texas garden. Many of the cherished foods he grew up on have disappeared. Stellar preserves the traditions Chris grew up with. He develops recipes the old fashioned way - in his kitchen at home. When something tastes good, he shares it with friends and family. If enough people like it, it goes "big time." In our 15 gallon stock pots, where each batch is made in a slightly larger version of the same process done in Chris' home kitchen. Then it gets bottled 15 to 20 at a time, just like when Chris was a kid. Now we'd like to share with you!
