I love this little machine. I have a lot of silver jewelry, and just inherited more, many pieces with tiny details and designs like hanging feathers etc. They had been stored for years, and were very tarnished. While I had some polishing mitts, those are not so effective on tiny items, for tarnish removal. So, for the price, I decided to try a system like this. Finally tried it out this week. I put 10 pairs of earrings, spread out, in the basket, inserted into fluid and ran the first time. I was shocked at how dirty the water was, but the larger pieces were nice and shiny clean. I ran a 2nd time for a few of the smallest pieces, and this time the water was less dirty, but still some. and the smaller pieces were also clean. Nothing was damaged. Very pleased.

I loved the machine but when I received it the package was soaking wet. the machine was enclosed so it was ok...but the top to the cleaning agent came off in the mail, and I had less than half the bottle...You owe me a bottle of the cleaner if you please. Thanks...Connie Wiese

It did a decent job on my good jewelry and also on some costume jewelry. I think it is unfortunate that the description (and the instruction booklet too) did not mention that there are some stones that must not be cleaned ultrasonically. I bought it mainly because of some rings that are in what they call a basket setting and which are almost impossible to clean.I didn't try cleaning any silver jewelry. I use silver polish for that.

Not Happy with this product.... Had it for 3 weeks... used it about 6 times .... All of a sudden, I tried to clean my jewelry & it sounded like the vibration started to slow down after 30 seconds then it would just stop... but the timer continued to count Down ..... I had a different cleaner from Brookstone that lasted about 5 Years...... not Happy at all with this cleaner... But as usual Amazon was great with me returning the Machine with no Shipping Charge !!!

I have tried different products --lotions, liquids, polishers, brass cleaners, etc to clean my jewelry but none of them clean as well as this machine. You can use just plain water and the machine and your jewelry looks brand new. I love it. It's just as good as the industrial version jewelry stores use. It is well worth the money and very convenient.

It works on some pieces and not so good on others. Doing it twice does not seem to make a difference.

Works average had to run some pieces a couple of times. Need to use the polishing cloth after to put on a shine.like how quiet it is while it runs.

This product worked well for cleaning dirt and grime as well as removing tarnish from sterling silver jewelry. It also came with a polishing cloth and a detergent for cleaning. Glad I purchased it.
